Biggest difference between the two from what I have seen is Ricco drops elbows from the guard and mount, while Mir, for the most part works subs.
It is an interesting matchup-skill wise and UFC should love the hype and build-up between 2 young skilled and confident fighters.

i believe almost did. There is some bad blood between the two and they fight would still make sense.
I think Mir would take this one. While Ricco may be more well rounded , Mir is better in areas that will hurt him. Stand up goes to Mir , and once again Ricco's grappling game may be more well rounded, Mir is just to quick, exsposive and has that "killer instinct when it comes to subs.

This fight will not go to a decision as Mir cant fight one rd. let alone 5. Ricco will stop him with elbows in the 2nd rd. Grappling is Mirs bread and butter but Ricco outclasses him being a pan am gold medalist and Abu Dhabi champion. Mir recently got tooled horribly in a local grappling tournament.
