Someone told me that he runs 5 miles every morning and than dose sprint later on in the night a couple of times a week. Ive seen him fight and he sets a good pace, any idea if this rumor is true?
I'd say it comes more from his 15 rounds of padwork he builds up to before his fights, his trainer wears a body protector and mits.
Also he uses a scaffolding pole that is supported either end which he jumps over for 1 min, then he works the bag for a minute then back to the bar, he calls it the barbag or something if I remember correctly.

I'm pretty sure there's a clip of him working the ads and body protector on the hitman documentary, it's large tho 700mb, mail me I'll let you know where to pick it up if you really want it.
I've seen him using the barbag or whatever its called on docus before. Not sure if its a big deal to his training, though i cant see how it would hurt.
