In the HW division, Brutal Brendan Barrett returns after a stunning 30 KO last time out to win the crown.  He's got big power, so this is a don't blink fight. 

Andre Harrison, whose hands are catching up to his wrestling prowess fights for a title, and so does former UFC and Bellator fighter Phillipe Nover. 

80 fighters from the ROC have moved on to the UFC, so every event has a potential superstar on the card.  Frankie Edgar, Matt Serra, Chris Weidman, Uriah Hall, Costa and many more all got their starts at the ROC.

btw, both Chris Weidman and Costa Phillipou never had a fight anywhere but at the Ring of Combat before moving to the UFC.
