ringtraining ?

has anybody bought rings from theses guys they seem pretty affordable $79.99 that includes the 2 rings the straps and S&H is that a descent price? or should i make my own

Seems expensive, even though I never bought a set before. It couldn't cost too much to rubber-coat some metal rings, and the straps should only cost pennies to produce.

But then again, people pay hundreds for molded pieces of metal known as kettlebells. Those couldn't cost any more than the price of the metals they're made of. Maybe they have to make some extra profit because of the molding process, but even then, it couldn't cost more than $25 to make a 70lb kettlebell.

You can probably add gymnast rings to the list of sports equipment that's ridiculously overpriced.

wooden "olympic" rings normally sell for $225+ out of a gymanstics catalog

nylabone dog rings $10 each at Petco, if it can stand up to my Husky that can chew through a seat belt in seconds it can stand up to any abuse any human beings' bodyweight can dish out. get a couple of good size cara biners and some chain or rope and you're good to go

or, you can make tehm from PVC pipe
