seriously he grabbed his own hair at least 20 times per round.Tie it up or cut it.The time you use to grab ur hair to pull back u should be fighting .Once or twice ok but 20-30 times a round ?it effects your fighting

Guida does't tie his hair during fights.
I've recently discovered first hand that even when you tie it, it comes un done quickly anyway. very annoying

I was having this same conversation last night with my wife. We agree that it likely gives him something to do with his hands and makes him feel like a ancient warrior, or brutal caveman or something
He pushed his hair back 25 times for every 1 punch he threw. It was pathetic. He's 30, not 20. By now he should have decided what is more important; doing what is necessary to make him the best fighter he can be (ie cutting his frickin' hair) or having goldilocks that restrict his vision and make him use his hands to push it back every time his moves instead of using them to strike, block or go for takedowns.
I was surprised Ogle didn't just time a kick or punch while he fixed his hair. I seriously don't know why a "professional" fighter would keep their hair that long.
