Hi,

Can anyone recommend a decent hotel in Rio? I am going there in August and need to book something soon. I have heard that between Post 9 and 10 is a good area, but I have no clue.

Hotels will charge you extra for bringing a girl up to your apt, even if shes not a hooker. And you will have a refigerator to put drinks in an apt.

i agree with an apt over a hotel.

try my buddy, dave. he has lots of apts down there. tell him gorgeous george sent ya. he also owns a pretty cool bar on the beach called "balcony bar".
