Yesterday at about 4 PM Al Gavin passed away at Winthrop hospital. He is one of the most famous cutmen in boxing history and was a great man whom i saw at the gym everyday for six years . He was in a coma due to a massive stroke he suffered about two weeks ago and passed on peacefully.
