This is terrible news. RIP to Coach Follis and condolences to his family.
Back in 2004 I spent a week and some at Quest. I had gone out for a minicamp and ended up sticking around for the next week (stayed at the motel across the street from the gym and next to the Carls Jr.) Just cause I was hanging out there so much I got 3-4 privates with Coach Follis. Couldn't meet a nicer more genuine guy who was just there to see the sport grow.
