So the first Bellator vs Rizin card featured five fighters who spent most of their careers in Bellator vs five fighters who were competing in RIZIN in recent years. Bellator went 5-0.
Now they are running Bellator vs RIZIN 2 at 11 pm ET next Saturday but the problem is… there is no RIZIN in Bellator vs RIZIN.
Most of Pitbull and McKee’s fights have happened in Bellator compared to RIZIN and same for everyone else besides Makoto but Horiguchi has had way more RIZIN fights than him as Makota has only fought in RIZIN three times while Horiguchi has had like ten fights there.
What a weird concept to brand the card Bellator vs RIZIN and fill it with all Bellator fighters.
Still want to see the McKee, Horiguchi and Larkin fights, I’m just saying the theme is wack.

I agree. He has a seven fight win streak now in Bellator. Most of the time that would be a title shot.
Jason Jackson has a big win streak too and he is coming of a Lima win so maybe they have him set for the next title shot but Larkin should be next if he wins this one.

The last fight was a split wasn’t it, Larkin is on a good run though but looking at the rankings he’s 9th at WW in Bellator.

I agree, I just had to check where he was at and why they were doing this rematch instead of giving him a shot, was surprised to see he was ranked 9th, he had a shot ages ago against Lima didn’t he, might have been his Bellator debut. He’s on a good run, be good to see him get another crack at the belt.

That guy is last of a dying breed of warrior he comes to put you out or be put out.
Doubt its a contender bout if Storley wins. Amosov has beat him 2x now. Now if Ward wins maybe they give him the shot but I doubt they skip him over Jackson but who knows.
Yeah Ward is fun to watch, back when Bellator had less expensive talent I still always tried to catch Patricio Pitbull, Chandler and then Ward if they were fighting. Those guys helped Bellator a lot.
