Win or lose, he was usually an exciting fighter to watch fight. It would be a fairly shitty way for him to end his career if he doesn’t come back.

Didn’t look good… he seemed bulky and slow with the extra gym muscles. And going up a division where the guys hit a lot harder probably isn’t a good recipe for a chinny fighter.
Physically wise, talent and skill wise, Rockhold is still absolutely more than capable. As you said Blackowiz is simply just a fucking monster. No shame in losing to him. With how weak LHW is all it would take is 1 big for Rockhold. But it's all about the mental and if Rockhold still wants IT. Rockhold's heart is no longer in fighting, so Rockhold will never return to form even though he's still more then physically able. Really is a shame. Rockhold at his best was something else. As a fighter you never want to be mentally done, and that's where Rockhold is at

Had nothing to do with Jan, Rockhold just looked slow, old and like shit.
His chin has been gone for quite a few fights now. Even in the David Branch fight he was hurt bad and in the verge of getting stopped in round 1. Time for him to call it a career. 3 concussions in his last four fights plus who knows how many others not a good.
I'd say nay just based on his ability to take a shot.
Safer to retire. He was champ and had a good career. Nothing left to prove. I’m sure he made plenty of money, plus even without fighting I’m sure he has plenty of other talents and options.
