Does anyone here train at RockyMountainBadBoyz in Commerce City? I have never trained stand up before and I am looking learn how to strike. Do they have actuall classes? or is it just a place where people spar. I want to learn how to strike not just get beat up all the time by a bunch of better guys and not learn anything. I appreciate any serious response. Thanks.
