"I got mine yesterday and watched it straight away.
As far as packaging, editing, and specifically the sectioning of the chapters it is one of the best I've seen. I WISH all the DVDs I bought were chaptered that way.
It was a real treat to watch. Laur, as far as where it "belongs" in the CM matrix it is the most updated material, it shows Rodney in a seminar environment as opposed to in his gym (lends itself to a different atmosphere), and he has "simplified" the learning process.
He covers a few phases/stages of learning the CM, when to use it, when not to use it, some of his unorthodox strikes, KO targets, kicking, how to close the gap, as well as clinch boxing and a standing submission.
There are occasional clips of him lecturing on certain points (VERY short guys...don't worry!) and a few clips of how he got good at sriking. I don't think he knew the camera was rolling, but the secret is now out. He was near the canals and was working on some moves that I don't think he wanted anyone to know about. I haven't stopped practicing them since.
So while there is a lot of material on this DVD that is on the other media, here it is more updated, concise, succint, and IMO improved. It really is a GREAT package that covers stand-up, clinch and getting into the clinch. I personally prefer seminar vids over the rote demonstrations in some hotel lobby.
