I agree. Takedowns shouldn't count for shit unless you can do something with the position. Escapes or getting back to your feet should count just as much. I'm sick of seeing desperation tackles, especially at the end of rounds.
someone posted the official definition of a takedown and its only a takedown if the fighter can create an attack from it
