Withe the way Rory fought against Saff, I saw some of the same trapping Conor will do and they both use taunts to lure unplanned strikes.

I figured Rory would respect Conor's striking skills. They should train some striking together. They are both title contenders.

Nice post tma. Jack slack showed conor always returning back to defense position after he would do something flashy or unorthodox. It seemed like he would throw that to get opponents to rush in and he was perfect position to counter. Most would be off balance but his footwork and position was perfect. Phone Post 3.0

I'd consider him a star. His mentor is the most famous MMA fighter in history. He beats stars almost every fight, and when he loses it's always a very close fight. Phone Post 3.0

He is the biggest Canadian in MMA right now since GSP has retired, and is kind of looked at as his protege.

That Canadian fan base needs somebody to follow, and it's probably Rory.

Maybe Rory is a star in Canada but he isn't in Europe like stars like GSP were
