It’s a lot of fun doing the tossing, and way more useful in a real life encounter than most people realize, especially if you know a few other things, but goddamn does it suck getting tossed on your ass all day.

Ok realistically how much does your life change when you blow up in popularity like Ronda did if you choose to keep your eyes on the prize? Even if she still accepts things like the late show/interviews she trained in Glendale which is like 20 min away from all the shit in Hollywood so there’s no travel days that take away from training. You can just turn down silly little public appearances if it takes away from training and do the bigger ones when it works for you. At that level of fame you can tell them when youre free
She probably lost the hunger to improve with enough money in the bank and chose to stay with the worst coach any high level fighter trained with, thats on her. Can you imagine if she went to AKA when it was in their prime?

Alta will not delete your account. They are defrauding their investors and breaking the law in numerous jurisdictions by holding our accounts and data hostage. Spread it on all social media. Tell all of their affiliates that you will not do business with them as long as they are associated with Alta. Yell it from the rooftops.
Ronda was a terrible fighter at range. No idea how to fight inside and even less of an idea on how to enter. The first girl she faced who circled and stiff armed her had zero trouble ruining her. Tons of women can do that now.
It’s amazing how much WMMA has progressed.
But Ronda would beat Pennington and win the belt.
