I think the point everyone is making that professional dedication to diet and training will NOT leave you with a gut that big no matter what your genetics, nor is carrying around a gut like that going to be anything but a liability.
im not hating on nelson, never seen the guy fight but i can only go on what i see and have heard...i guess the guy is super tough but we shall see what he does tomorrow night...
rashads Tweaked nipples-that is bullshit and you know it...not everyone is made out to be an adonis, i know several people that work out like animals and eat right andtajke supplements and still look like Tim SYlvia...now, it is hard for me to believe that a guy that wors out hard and eats right will look like Nelson..that dude has a gut...buentello and cabbage are both kinda soft but not 'fat'...
Dude can fight thats for sure. If he were to diet and train professionally like her should he would properly turn that fat into lean muscle and make him a monster.

If he's winning, he can be as fat as he wants to be. I just really have to laugh at anyone claiming that he could eat clean and maintain that diet. I'm not saying he doesn't have slow metabolism or anything but I assure you his truck is filled to the brim with taco bell wrappers.
