Is that any different than stepping in the ring with Mike Kyle, Jimmy Ambriz, Ron Waterman, Dan Svern, etc. ??? Jerry will fight anybody. He fought Jimmy Ambriz on 5 minutes notice with 3 months of training.

why then didn't Roy get the money or the belt once the announcers realized their mistake? why haven't the promoters came out and officially declared Roy the winner?
I remember seeing Jerry fight way back in the day and thought, "what's this big out of shape guy doing fighting?" Well, he's really turned around what I used to think about him. I have some friends that train with him and they all say that his work ethic is unbelievable. He's lost a shitload of weight since he first started fighting. He's really worked his ass to come full circle into an MMA fighter instead of just a brawler. I tip my hat to him.....it's great to see a fighter that really truly wants "it".
