Rob Kahn will be teaching a seminar at Plus One self Defense in West Hartford, Ct. from 2pm to 5pm on Saturday, July 10th. He will be focusing on Nogi only and showing techniques that have made his gym and fighters very successful. All schools are invited, come and train and learn from a beast. Marco Delima a Marcus Aurelio Black Belt will also be there as a special guest, Marco is the head instructor for Plus One and head of Team Delima. Should be an awesome display of sick techniques. If you cant make Saturday he will be also teaching a seminar at Gracie Agawam in Mass on Sunday at 1100am.

If anyone gets chance to roll with him, ask him if you can use "Tater Mits"......he'll have flashbacks and will likely laugh his ass off.

Sadly I've never had the chance, but he used to be a frequent guest on a radio show I listen to. Seems like a really great guy. Also, his fight camp had 5 or 6 different guys on the TUF show, Matt Arroyo, Marcus Jones, etc.
