Yesterday, courtesy of Marcelo Alonso, I had the privilege of conducting an interview with Royler Gracie for Total-MMA.com.
The article can be found here: Learning From A Legend: An Afternoon With Royler Gracie
Included are some of Royler's opinions on jiu-jitsu today, his own competition plans (or lack thereof), and also my own busted photography of Royler's seminar yesterday in Fife, WA.
I hope you enjoy it. Comments are welcome.

Good stuff thanks!
Were the world championships really boring with lots of clinching and holding/stalling?
I haven't seen anyone else say that?
Thanks, FoM and Crooklyn! Glad you liked it.
Royler was very complimentary of Diego Sanchez and his improvement. I think Sanchez has become kind of an X-factor in that division.

I didn't see them, but I'd love to hear more opinions on this.

Thanks, Kirik!
Thanks again to Marcelo Alonso for making this possible (and check out his academies if you're in the Seattle area!) . Royler was a lot of fun to talk to; kind of an intense guy (as you might expect) but really personable too.
In case anyone's wondering, a Sherdog.com interview with Royler Gracie also came out this week. It is by a different Marcelo Alonso :)

Great stuff. I always liked Royler.
