Rubberguard hurting Dean Lister??

Is it just me or does anybody else think Dean would have been better off working on his basic striking and takedowns over the past few months instead of trying to pull his legs over his head??

It seems like all that time he spent with Edgar really hurt his ground game..

LOFL.. who are you?

I've been saying this about rubberguard for years now..

Apparently Marquardt beat the holy hell out of him. He knocked him down at least a couple of times but just kept waving him back up and beating him down again instead of following him down to the ground. The scores were crazy, it was like 30-25, 30-25, 30-27.

Is it just me, or does anyone think that Caesar Gracie would have been better off working on basic striking and takedowns rather than that "guard" stuff?
