runtime error??

Below is an error message that comes up when I turn on my computer. Anyone know what it means? Thanks in advance.

microsoft visual C++ runtime library runtime error!

Program C:\program files/dell/media experience/PCMService.exe

This application has requested a runtime to terminate in an unusual way. Please contact the applications support team for more information.

Whether its legit or not, it doesnt sound essential to your PC. Go to Start, then Run and type "msconfig", then the startup tab, and uncheck PCMService. Restart PC

Thanks, Dell sent me a generic email, and I'm still waiting for them to get back to me. I'll try this when I get home.
