I did too! Only I named him Sakuraba and his nickname became Saki. Was a real tryant when he was 3 lbs, now he's old and fattish.

The most entertaining fighter we will ever see. In his prime, he could beat most anyone. The PrideFC rule change, although I loved it, really fucked up his game.
Such a fun guy to watch. A true artist, always seemed to create something new in a fight. Definitely one of my favorite fighters.

If you ever have the chance to pick up any of his books translated I strongly recommend it. Sakuraba is a surprisingly talented writer, and less surprisingly, hilarious.
It should be noted that Saku brought in BJJ legends like Sergio Penha for some of his training camps.
