Will this invoke the spirit of Pride Dana?

What does Askren represent to you? Is he an American hero? Combat sports legend?

Future UFC Fighter?

Tune in November 24th

So what exactly is this dude saying that the UFC copied?

Who knows. Maybe he thinks the UFC are going to start doing predetermined entertainment (aka fixed)  matches like Askren v Aoki.

Calling a match fixed before it happens LOL

Teammates at Evolve in different weight divisions matched up in One, which is also owned by the same guy who owns Evolve. No one in SE Asia expects this to be anything other than an exhibition.

They’re too prideful of competitors to fix a fight here.

You understand that is the exact definition of match fixing, yes?

I’m saying let’s see the fight first before calling it a fix!

One Championship is not even a King of the Cage globally.

They may have cornered the markets in Singapore, Indonesia, and the Phillipines but other than that they're not even a blip on the screen globally. Good for them that they have managed to produce a fairly polished product without going under yet and good that some aging stars have managed to get some decent paydays out of them but for them to think they are in the same league as the UFC is silly. They barely even qualify as an organization that has been around long enough to earn a Fightpass distribution deal.

What? You realise that maritime SE Asia has a population of over 500 million?
