Amateur San Da: kicking including leg kicks inside and outside of thigh, calf, sweeping, knees to everything but head, no elbows, punching including spin back fist, all throws, takedowns
PRO: knee to head, sometimes elbow, sometimes standing submissions
no ground fighting

never knew it included standing submissions. What kind occur regularly, if at all?
I think they use the eblows and standing submissions when fighting against the Thai or Shootboxing teams.
