Im on my second class and it kicks ass. I learned a ton of stuff. Good mix of technique and practice. 3rd class is on wed and i get to spar already to see if i can apply what ive learned. Gonna get my ass kicked, but its all good.
Ive taken other stuff before like karate and hapkido before. This class by far has taught me the most effective techniques and pushed my fat ass to its limit
