It depends on the individual too. Some people have issues with cholesterol and saturated fat. My blood profile improves when I reduce the amounts of both substances.

Yeah Leigh I've noticed a difference in my lifting since increasing sat fat and cholesterol. I don't drink milk but get it from eggs, butter, fatty grass fed beef, and coconut oil. Higher fat also keeps me satisfied much longer than when I was eating low fat.
Uhh. Well cholesterol makes my phospholipid bilayers more viscous. That's pretty good i guess. To a point anyway.
Cholesterol => Pregnenolone => Progesterone => 17a-hydroxy progesterone => Androstendione => Testosterone
or, in other words, cholesterol is a legal prohormone to testosterone.
