Yesterday I did a Sayoc Kali seminar here in Atlanta with Guro Jeff Chung. The seminar was really exciting with a lot of great information on knife training. I highly suggest that anyone interested in training with the knife find a Sayoc Instructor and train with them. For those of you in the New York City area, I highly suggest that you train with Guro Jeff if you really want good knife training. He is a very knowledgeable instructor and a very cool person.

he may have a manhattan night also, but i believe he's mainly in flushing.
over the years, i've heard only good things about Guro Jeff. and over the years, i've still haven't had a chance to hook up with him.
