Sat night.....Lisa Higo fought in a kickboxing match in prep for upcoming mma debut and managed to win the world WAKO pro title. After winning 7 rounds 10/8 lisas opponent thought it was appropiate to demand a rematch
onto Milton Kenyes on sunday morning and Rosi Sexton and Anna Maine secure places in FILA World championships in Turkey.
Both Rosi and Anna had an extra matche with a male competitor in their weight bracket. Both of them finished their matches via submission (triangle and pitbull), Rosi after accumalating 9 points...the beauty of Jiu Jitsu
