I really enjoyed his rolled up episode and use the sweep he taught on there almost every day on the mat. If set up properly, it's unstoppable.

burner22 -I get the name of it mixed up between flower and pendulum, but it's a closed guard sweep. You grab your opponents gi at his elbow and opposite side pant leg. So if I grab their left elbow, then I grab right side pant leg. Open your guard and trap the opposite side you're grabbing the pant leg with your own leg and clock turn, making sure your clock turning leg goes over their shoulder blades. Pull the grabbed elbow and push the pant leg and come up to mount.
