Totally untrue. To perform like this guy takes a lot more than muscles. Go get his instructional. The guy is very technical and even has a good guard too, he uses it in ADCC 09

Pablo's amazing. My friend is a black belt under pablo here in NJ and i got a chance to train with him at a seminar. Very well rounded game, he taught good stuff with the gi too.

Great wrestling and an incredible all around game. When he opens up his game he is a handfull for most anyone.
I've visited his gym when travelling. He, and his students, are ultra technical. He is an excellent instructor.
