Do you think renting a space in a high traffic area will make up the difference for cheap rent in an area that has little exposure. More exposure is double the rent you pay know but gives people a chance to see you better.

I think it depends on what you are teaching. I think for Muay Thai and BJJ it is not as important as BJJ. Most of your people in BJJ are from word of mouth, and referals. I think if you are a karate school or if you are marketing towards kids it is much more important to be in a high traffic area.
