This.

Also, I saw a chiropractor which helped me alot(I will say that the chiro I saw is a blue belt at my school so he knew exactly what my problems were).

And if you have the money invest in a once or twice a week professional massage. Chiro recommended a person and it helped immensely.

Im 38 and if I do more than 2 rounds after class, I am sore and the massage is like kryponite for the soreness. I always made fun of chics(my wife) that got massages. The joke was on me.

thanks guys. gonna go for it hoping i dont make it worse.

Man, I was ran over by a van on my motorcycle . I developed a budge that hit the sciatica , fucking killed . I would get up in pain I was a blue at the time . Had to take a year off . After all the rehab I could master I started seeing a chiro. No
Joke was like black magic . With in two months I was back. Phone Post

really, every grappler should be doing this if they want to be mobile by the time they're 60. or 50 for that matter.

seriously.

Foam roller Really helps me also stretching throughout the day, especially hanging from a pull up bar or something feels really good. Have any of you guys tried those inversion tables? Phone Post

Yes, I found my inversion table to be a waste. I gave up BJJ years ago because of sciatica, the single thing that has helped my back since is a roman chair. If you're gonna pick one, pick that one.

will get worse, I promise, every fkr will know the answers,so dont worry about that. BJJ will make is stronger, build your core and read De. Sarno's pile o poo book, now you're Marcelo Garcia again.

you want the real answers, their arent any really. You dont think Tito had access the the best Doctors on earth? Well, he does and that the only reason he's not top 3 anymor, his back an neck who had the best surgeons in the world. THink about it

dont buy that stupid book as soon as some tard here will tell you to soon

Tito top three? Phone Post

Tito had a 2 or 3 level fusion surgery that rendered him unable to train for almost a year while recovering. It is absolutely amazing that he could compete in the UFC after that, especially as he is not young and has been through some absolute wars that must have taken a toll on him.
