Would love to be I have a hole in my temple if I catch an elbow or something there I could be a vegetable or dead. Don’t want to do that to the ones that love me. No once they got taken to the hospital we forgot all about them.
Was Vernon White part of the first group of guys, did he get the better of Frank also?
How did Telligman and Metzger do day to day sparring, any stories about them?
Vernon was there almost from the very beginning. Everyone got the better of frank. His stand up sucked balls

Guy and Tra trained in Dallas so we rarely saw them. Guy alot in Japan and Pancrase and Tra at the UFC. They came a few times to Lodi but that’s about it.

Ken texted me on Facebook to tell me in this book I could say whatever about the women and drugs but since we were friends anything we spoke about as friends please don’t speak about. I was like Kool. Conversation over. Portrayed in the book? I literally don’t give 2 fucks about. Ken or anyone can say anything about anything, could care less. Feelings are not facts. I know the truth, Ken knows the truth and that is good enough for me. Villain or hero,first fighter at lion’s Den or never walked through the doors. What venomous shit that spewed out Bob’s mouth about me,I knew why and thought of him as a pathetic excuse for a man and didn’t have a relationship with him of any kind. So love me or hate me or whatever, that’s your choice. It has nothing to do with me. I answer all questions honestly and over the years it’s paid off when in the beginning people are like bullshit but as the years go on and Art Davies keeps writing books and other interviews come out low and behold, wow I guess Scott wasn’t lying which amuses me greatly.

Did you or anyone you know of ever roll with Rickson or any of his guys back then?
Was he more legit or more hype in your opinion?? I feel like Rickson would have had a tough time with most lions den guys in those days. Fuck I think Sakuraba coulda tossed him around. Pat Militech too (long as its standing)

Scott are you familiar with Bareknuckle fighting at all or its current surge in the state? Plenty of MMA vets are in it. Very entertaining and no nonsense. Some of the events are an homage to NHB days…just brutal in nature

Fuck if I know. I saw Josh Barnett in an interview one time and he was asked the same question. He he has at least 30 fights that aren’t even acknowledged or listed anywhere. He said whatever things were shady back then. So I really have no idea, sorry.

A lot of modern fans don’t realize how underground this shit was…now its to a point of over saturation. Just because somethings not on the internet doesn’t mean it didnt happen.
When Bessac was fighting they literally wrote results in notebooks and then had someone mail or email them to datebases. There were no smartphones or ESPN +. You either bought a ticket to the show, read about it in BB magazine, or traded tapes with people. There are guys on sherdog literally missing dozens of fights that were just lost in history. OR small smoker shows where no one reported to a datebase. Bessac probably has 50+ fights, street , ring, cage, etc. And thats my GUESS just from the info in this thread and what I already was aware of lol

Ken has been mad at me since I put him on one knee with a Liver kick and he never sparred me again then a couple years later caught him with a toe hold. End of story. I was not a dick rider or a suck up,we argued alot about the way I was training. I finally said fuck it and wrestled around in Pancrace went 4-0. I ran his entire dojo for sometimes over a week at a time cuz he was gaked on meth and strippers. Covered for his ass with Tina, Bob and the other fighters. But since I didn’t And couldn’t be the next submission master he put me down. And how in the hell could I have not known when to quit when I had just signed a huge multi-fight deal for almost five times as much as I made before for the UFC. He had a massive ego when I wanted to do it my way I did it passed him off and since I wasn’t following him around like a lost little puppy he started to stay away from the dojo more and more every month. He’s a 9yr old kid living in a dumpster behind 7-11cuz his step dad tossed him out in Macon, Georgia. Ken will always be that lil boy that his only goal in life is he wants the world to remember his name. I could write a book that would make everybody that knows his name feel nothing but disgust,repulsed and hate the man for even living. But I don’t because I’m secure in my knowledge of what really happened not the whitewashed bullshit of an egomaniac 9yr old boy with no self-esteem or self-worth
