The DVD is 58 minutes long with instruction by Randy Bloom, Jeff Curran, Gregor Gracie Rangel, Andre Soares, and Emyr Bussade. The DVD contains an introduction, 5-6 techniques taught by each instructor, conclusion of the event, and credits thanking sponsors, people who donated, and everyone involved that made the event successful.
About the Instructors:
Randy Bloom- Black Belt under Joe Moreria, and has been studying the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for a long time.
Jeff Curran- Black Belt under Pedro Sauer, Top 10 MMA fighter at 145 lbs, UFC veteran, top Jiu-Jitsu competitor. Check out www.jeffcurran.tv for more info.
Gregor "Gracie" Rangel- 4 stripe purple belt under Renzo Gracie, national and world champion in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and active in Jiu-Jitsu competition.
Andre Soares- American Top Team Black Belt, Professional MMA Fighter, National Jiu-Jitsu Champion.
Emyr Bussade- American Top Team Black Belt, Professional MMA Fighter, National and World Jiu-Jitsu Champion, 3rd place at Abu Dhabi, and one of the head instructors at American Top Team Headquarters.
