rob kahn, royce gracie brown belt, will be showing his bread and butter moves at Empire Marial Arts on Saturday, May 8th 2004 at 10:30am.
Highly Technical and very functional. The seminar will recquire a GI. Many of the moves do not recquire the grips on a GI and are easily transitioned into no gi, as well. The seminar is 3hrs. long and there will be a free open mat afterwards where rob and his assistants will roll, as well as myself and others from the school.
