Sex Guy's wife #1 is suing wife #2 for the sperm that wife #1 tried to steal!
Wife #1 was caught trying to sign out sperm that was legally owned by wife #2 and got caught. She was charged and let go with probation but she is now trying to sue wife #2 so she can have Sex Guy's baby from beyond the grave!
Wife #2 will not allow it as there is a trust that states that all children of Sex Guy get money monthly but there is nothing that says they had to be born before his death. So in theory if she had his kid as long as it is genetically proven to be his the kid, (her) would get money from the trust.
I just found this out as wife #2 says I may end up having to go to court to witness to issues that went on before Sex Guy died.
Two + years after his death and he's still got people trying to f*ck him!

Wife #2 says she isn't even going to the case but will just send her lawyer and only go if she has to.
I have not heard from wife #1 but knowing her she will at some point contact me to try and sway me over to her side. It's her pattern. She does something crazy and then tries to get people involved emotionally invested in her.

His family is wealthy. Yes he owed money everywhere but when he died those debts had no way to be collected as he legally had himself removed from them. He and wife #2 basically were employees of the company she owned so there was nothing to go after.
Aside from the items I found for them which had some considerable value she got nothing from him because they set it up so he couldn't blow it all away.
Plus his family has a trust for him that now pays her and the smaler trust to some degree I think.
I am not a lawyer so I don't know how it all works really. But there is lots of cash from the family and wife #2 but it's not like anyone else can get to it without the few methods available. ie - being his kid, or named in the family trust, or a managing employee of his company.
