I like the fact that after the fight, Frank seemed dejected. I think it suprised him how much he had to push to put Phil away. Based on this fight we will never see Frank fight guys like Lindland, Henderson, Filho, or Silva.
At this point of his career I think Frank is more about enjoy and having fun right now, not getting bloody with the best in the business, which he rightfully earned.
Baroni tore his groin in the first minute of the 1st round.
yeah, either way, it was a good fight. I'm not a Shamrock fan, I'm not a Baroni fan. I just thought the fight kicked ass.
