Does Brad post on the UG?
You must have to suck really bad to get fired from Sherdog.
EDIT
yea he was canned, not a hug elose in my opinion.
Also picking War Machine over Yoshida cause he thought War Machine showed heart against J-Rock? Come on,lol.
He left his job of 14 years to join sherdog. Got fired 5 weeks later. I feel bad for the guy.
Sherdog handled the situation poorly. When a caller asked what happened the response was "Why do you care?"
Strange, I wondered what happened to him. I missed a show or two and never heard anything about him leaving.

I agree 100% with this. Especially when the caller was calling them out on the fact that they always bitch that the UFC doesn't release details, etc., etc. Then Sherwood got all defensive. I don't blame him for not wanting to air their dirty laundry, but I thought the caller had him pinned in a box pretty good.
LOL @ "Why do you care."
He can always get a lawer, and research 'Wrongful dismissal'.
Then after he pays the lawyer and loses the case, what's next?
lol touche'
isaac is gone too it seems.
not mma elite enought for sherdog?

Very true.
TTT for the truth
He was paid 10k to show, 10k to win. But he didn't win. :(
To be honest, Brad getting fired isn't a complete shock to me. My guess is he had a performance clause in his contract, and Sherwood chose to exercise it. I remember that some of the stories when Brad was editor appeared to be poorly edited, or not edited at all. Also, didn't Brad say something like "I've been listening to the Beatdown for several years" when A) it hasn't existed that long and B) he didn't know what TJ was talking about whenever he'd bring up stuff from old episodes? The p4p rankings episode of Beatdown was also probably the worst episode in history, although TJ deserves a lot of the blame for that. At any rate, I still feel kind of bad for Brad, he seemed like a decent guy, and getting fired that quickly after leaving a job you had for that long must really suck, especially for a guy with a family to support who works in a dying business.
There has to be something here other than "he didn't know MMA very well." That should have been figured out in the interview process.
Besides, what mainstream media people do know MMA "very well"? The credibility of having a former sports journalist take the helm is quite a step up from some of the other members of the staff ... I'll stop right there with what those credentials entail.
It had to have been a fight ... someone blasted him or he got full hot at someone.
