Who uses the Combat sports grappling shinpads - the ones with the leather padding and neoprene back?
How do you wash them? Lately, I've just been airing them out, but in a few months, I know I'll have to wash them
Yeah I kinda handwash the neoprene and as for the leather parts I just febreeze the inside of them and leave some dryer sheets in them after I train. It may not be the most effective way of training but its kinda of preventative measures so they don't end up smelling as bad as my boxing and MMA gloves do.
Get a glove-drying tree from Ringside and hang them on there when you're done. You can also use the "No B.O." spray on them.
