The Bowe/Hollyfield trilogy is my favourite series of fights in Boxing.
In the 1st fight Bowe was a monster.
But he never hit those highs again.
Fucking fried chicken and cake robbed us of a elite HW.
Bowe could do it all. Box on the inside and outside. Had a solid chin.
Here is my question......
Has another other combat athlete had a shorter prime than Riddick Bowe?

Good questions to be perfectly honest. It would have been cool to see him fight Lennox, but honestly it would have probably ended badly.
Maybe Sokoudjou in terms of MMA. Obviously he is did not reach near the level Bowe did, but still KOed two top 5 guys extremely quickly.
I also wish they would restart the Legendary Nights series again. Those documentaries were awesome.

Tucker was actually a very good fighter. Lost interest after Tyson., even still he didn't lose another fight for almost 6 years.

The Bowe that that turned up to beat Hollyfield was by far the best Bowe we had seen.
All time great level.
Due to Bowe being lazy/crazy/fried chicken he never hit that level of fitness, sharpness again.
DanChow - Tony Tuckers title reign lasted 64 days, surely that is the shortest title reign for a fighter to win and lose the title in competitive bouts.

Bowe turned up in his best ever shape and looked on his way to being a elite and all time great HW.
Due to being lazy and hating training Bowe need hit that level again.
