Should i continue watching Dexter?

I have heard the series goes down hill towards the end and I have no clue it was 8 seasons long. Well I got done the first season which was great but now I’m midway into season 2 and Dexter just went 180 with his feelings and shit. It’s getting pretty bad in my opinion. Should i continue the series or just stop right now?

Season 1 was great. Don't know about the rest of the series but so far, season 2 isn't look too good

Haha holy shit. I just started. I have watched before and felt like giving it a rewatch. I’m on season 1 episode 4 right now.

You will get a lot of reviews being negative after the first 3 or 4 seasons. This does not mean that the other seasons are not entertaining, unlike The Walking Dead where for me I haven’t even started watching the last couple of episodes whereas before I couldn’t wait for a new season to kick in.

You will get a lot of complaints about the series finale as well in which unfortunately I have to agree. But again it doesn’t mean the show isn’t entertaining if you were to watch all the seasons.

I had a tough time getting into it and stopped after season 1. Everybody tells me to give it time, but I don’t think I’ll be continuing the series.

Anyone telling you to stop before the Trinity Killer season is nuts, because the finale of that season was one of the biggest what-the-fucks I've ever watched on television.

Yup and then imagine that is Dexter strapped to the lethal injection bed starting at all his victim's over the years. They inject him and his eyes close. The end.

That’s how the writers wanted it to end but the greedy fucks fired everyone and kept going.
