shoulder pain during internal rotation

My right shoulder has been hurting when I internally rotate it (Been doing "egyptian" corkscrews for joint mobility)lately. The pain feels like a capsule popping/about to pop right at the shoulder joint. It doesn't feeling like a muscular/tendon issue, though I'm sure some of that is involved.

Any suggestions/recommendations on fixing this issue?

ART specialist. www.activerelease.com. Your shoulder is the most complex joint, it's like a "floating" ball and socket, so when one or more of the muscles isn't functioning properly it puts things out of alignment.

Try this it helps my shoulders.
