Hi guys, i was hoping that someone could advise me on whether shoulder stabilisers are useful for someone who has subluxated their shoulder a few times (last time being a few days ago)? If so, is there any specific make to look at?
It would only be for non-mma exercise though as i will most likely be giving up martial arts training till its either fully rehabed or after surgery.
