Sick Back Escape Video

gets good around 4 min. mark

that's the standard escape I was taught when you end up getting put "on the bad side", ie on the choking arm side. You really want to get your torso as perpendicular as possible to his before you flip to the other side.

We usually teach going to "the good side" first. Where you beat the bottom leg and come to side control. Then teach the bad side escape. Once you jump to the other side, the rest is the same.

Who is that guy? He has a good video of him showing deep half guard techniques also.

this is a sweet video.
