side effects amino acids?

I use a amino acid mix for a few weeks now and my training is going very good. However I feel joint pain in my elbows and now I have some problems wiht my adductors (grotch area).

I don´t know but could it be side effects of too much amino acids because I never had much problemes before I use the stuff.

giving me the shits. i've been taking BCAA for 2 weeks now and i have had stomach problems ever since.

bcaas should be taken with food and A LOT of water to avoid stomach problems.

if not, they definitely can make your stomach hurt.

I am rusty, but there may have an issue with too much of one type of amino.

However, in general, most common is the gastro-intestinal and absorbtion problems.

If you take too much at one time, you will pee most of your investment away, literally.

The more you do that, the more stress on your kidney.

I have leaned towards more whole protein supplementation --- when I supplemented protein.
