Significant 115lbers?

Eisenberg - You think you built 10 pounds of muscle in 3 months.

Thats cute.

Lifting heavy 5X a week. BJJ 3X a week. Ate healthy but incorporated protein shakes after a workout, any questions? Phone Post

The thing is you didn't put on 10% more muscle in 3 months.. Phone Post

croy_00 - Well if food is the issue, eggs are quite cheap and a high source of protein. You could make your own lunches like lots of greens for cost with some cottage cheese for added protein. It really comes down to how badly you want it. Phone Post

Very true. What's best way for eggs? Hard boiled? White only? Phone Post

What you did doesnt matter. I have no doubt you got 10 pounds heavier. You did not however build 10 pounds of solid lean muscle mass. You were 130, skin and bones. Of course you got heavier fast when you started eating more.

Silly goose.

Im sure it was a combination of muscle/mass but what I'm really trying to say is that the OP can do this as I was able to by sticking to a routine. Phone Post

UGCTT_JediMMA - See while random_perv was harsh with his post, at least he had a tiny bit to contribute.

Every couple of posts I make, I realize why I've been lurking for the past 3 years, and rarely ever post. Phone Post

Well, for breakfast I like scrambled egg whites. Sometimes with yogurt or whole wheat oatmeal. Phone Post

Not going to lie, watching me at 125 fighting someone at 300. Pretty entertaining.

Not sure it would bode too well for me unless I get cardio up an run laps around the guy til he can barely swing.

;) super hulk champ. 2017. Phone Post

LOL @ you.

You make such a statement with no evident reasoning or argument.

I have reason to think your 130 posts are worth less than nothing.

One of the best fighters I train with walks at 130 and fights at 125 when he can get matches and often at 135. Guys cut down from 155 to 135.

The lowest weight in any sport for professional grown men is minimumweight 105lbs.

If you cant be compeititve at 105, then they simply have nothing for you.

So a 5 foot guy who walks at 110lbs is basically screwed.

He'd be eaten alive by animals cutting from 120 to get to minmumweight.

And thats a huge chunk % of your weight.

BJJkilla - lol at a grown man being 115 pounds.

Maybe he's a teenager. That's what I first thought when I read his post.

Have u concidered peds? Or perhaps horse meat Phone Post

Just move to Ethiopia and see if you can make a run for the Heavyweight Championship. Phone Post

I wouldn't do egg whites only if you want to gain weight, there are only about 16 kcals in the egg white of one egg, and about 54 kcals in the egg yolk.

Mega Megu is the most significant 115 lbs. fighter by far. Jessica Aguilar, V.V Mei, Carla Esparza, Ayaka Hamasaki, and Seo Hee Ham too (Seo Hee Ham is a natural Pinweight though (105)).

If you were talking about men, Rambaa Somdet is head and shoulders above any other Strawweight and would be just fine at Flyweight. There just are too few dudes who fight at that weight class and it's non-competitive outside of Japan and the Philippines. If it's added to the Unified Rules they need to specify that it's for females only right now and any men's bout at that weight is technically catchweight.

5'8 125? wth, I thought I was light for my height (5'5 125) plus I'm 17 so still got room to grow. good god you must be a twig Phone Post

How about we force all the Bantams, feathers and flys to bulk upto 155, then remove all those weightclasses? I don't know how a grown man can weigh anything under 150lbs...

This is where you couldn't be more wrong.
