Has anyone seen these who could give a rating on them? I'm curious as to whether they would be a good and reasonably comprehensive reference for MMA. Thanks for any opinions.
I'm also looking for some good MMA specific DVDs. I've seen some of the Silva DVDs, and unfortunately I cannot really recommend them. They were just OK.
If you want a DVD on Takedowns, Boxing etc I've seen better ones than the ones from Silva.

They are okay. Not comprehensive but they have some cool boxing and muy Thai combos to mix onto your training.
The takedowns are average at best.
