where practicality meets science
wrap it in tinfoil to avoid over cooking.. spray the foil with an olive oil spray and it makes clean up easier especially if you spice it up
MARINADE!!!
You can use cheapo Italian dressing and let it sit in a bag overnight or even a couple of days
Do you have an oven?
I used to use the Foreman grill years back but I got tired of the clean up and dry meat. I started using marinades and just baked the chicken in the oven. It actually turned out to be much quicker than the Foreman grill because I would cook like 8 breasts at a time and they came out much juicier. My clean up consisted of throwing out a sheet of aluminum foil. Couple of other things I've done to switch it up a bit is cutting the chicken up and adding it to salad, and just cooking the chicken breasts plain and using a dipping sauce (like BBQ).
