Kru Walter "Sleeper" Michalowski (Owner and Head Instructor of Sityodtong USA/Pro Training Inc.) will be at the IMB-Columbus this weekend for a 2-Day seminar (Oct. 4th & 5th)! This will be 8 hours of intense Muay Thai training, including drills for mit/pad work, clinch, combo's, and much more. Kru Walter will also share Muay Thai techniques that work great for MMA Fighters!
Cost is $100 for both days, or $75 for 1 day.
