Slight Pinky Malrotation, Lifting Gloves?

Always have preffered chalk and avoided lifting gloves while lifting and calluses have never been an issue, but a training injury (boxer's fracture) has left my pinky with a slight malrotation that affects my grip strenght. The malrotation causes the pinky on my left (dominant hand) to slightly underlay towards the ring finger during gripping.

This affects my ability to grip dumbells properly, anyone able to recommend lifting gloves that would help keep my pinky from moving towards my ringer finger during lifting? Padded gloves, tape, experience with new grips?

I plan on seeing a hand specialist and a different doctor. Pretty bummed out with how this injury turned out.

Man up and break it, and set it back into place. Phone Post

For real though you can makeshift a tape stopper.

Wrap a piece around your ring finger completely and then follow by going under your pinky and around back to your ring finger. Adjust it to hold it a bit higher Phone Post

Thought bout using tape and trying out this product called new grip. Can't have a doctor break it at this point, but plan to get it done in the future. If you lift, take care of your hands, this sucks.
